This is an 8 floor, 1500 meter square building. 2 floors are below the entrance but get daylight from the back side. Eighth floor is the roof floor. The Bosphorus view can be seen from every floors except the floors below the entrance.   

After İlhami Suaydın bought the property, he decided to modernize the facilities to make the building available for a brokerage house. An UPS power system has placed against power cuts and a big generator. There is also inter-office telephone system in every room at every floor. Additionaly, the lighting system adopts itself according to the daylight. There is an announcement system which can be heard from all rooms and floors.
